"This little guy, that ain't gonna do it for dinner," said Todd Larson of St. Paul, who reeled in a smallish small mouth bass on the eastern shore of Lake Phalen on a gloomy day in St. Paul. "If it rains more, I don't care. If I don't bring home something to cook, my wilfe will have my butt," said Larson.
