"It's very cold. What is it, 30 degrees out here?" said Erin Armstrong (right), who draws on a steamy bus window with her friend Jakeya Baker while parked at Harriet Island in St. Paul on a cold fall day. The two were part of a group of sixth graders who took a riverboat tour on the Mississippi River. "It was hot yesterday, and all of a sudden it's real cold. My fingers are freezing," said Jakeya.
