"Geez, it's spring break. We're supposed to be out planting vegetables or something," said 10-year-old Andrew Lehnen of St. Paul, who nevertheless was determined to mush his tire-less bike through a half-foot of snow with his pals on West Sidney Street in St. Paul. "This is very difficult, really sticky," huffed Lehnen, who allowed that the branches sticking out the back of his bike "just might help."
